I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel had excellent facilities, and the rooftop swimming pool provided a great view of the city, especially during sunset. The location was perfect, as it was near the city center with lots of delicious street food to try out.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city. We were able to explore all the attractions and enjoy delicious food nearby. The service at this place is top-notch, from the room service to the friendly and attentive staff. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The facilities here are excellent, with a spa and wellness center, a swimming pool, and even live entertainment. We loved relaxing by the rooftop pool and indulging in a relaxing massage.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It provides enhanced comfort and quality services that are quite luxurious.

Located near local culinary area
Friendly and cooperative staff. 15 minutes away from Cathedral Church of Saint Yoseph. Super clean cleanliness. Energetic staff dance routine. Great cook. Affordable fruit shop nearby. Family-friendly atmosphere

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center with a lot of hawker's food options along the street. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with well-maintained bathrooms. the breakfast is good and satisfying with a variety of options.
Some guests have experienced slower housekeeping services and a lack of standardization in the cleanliness of towels.

The location was perfect, surrounded by various options for food and coffee. It was easy to find anything we needed. The room was complete with all the essentials, including clean towels, toiletries, and a bolster. The fruit mini market in the hotel area was convenient for snacks, fresh milk, and juice.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better, with the curtains and carpet needing to be washed or changed. The breakfast was not up to our expectations.
